brokerConveyancing is a trading style of Conveyancing Alliance Ltd (CAL).

Established in 2005 CAL is a leading distributor of conveyancing through intermediaries. The brokerConveyancing brand was launched to focus specifically on the needs of mortgage intermediaries and IFAs. We provide intermediaries with an enviable panel of top UK law firms, accessed via an online portal.

Over the last decade we have built close startegic relationships with some of the leading conveyancing firms in the UK. Through our investment in technology we have driven down operating costs which allows us to pass these savings on through our pricing.

As well as providing brokers with quotes typically £100 cheaper than our competitors we also pay referral fees (commissions) on exchange and provide free search protection on every purchase conveyancing case. The fees are all 'no completion no fee.

We have averaged 2 new brokers every day - with most switching from their current provider as we are more competitive, pay higher referral fees and pay on exchange.
