Lettings Consultant
Basic £15- 18k +omm + bonuses OTE c£23 - 30k doe.
Location - Upminster - Braintree
Our client are a one of the largest independent Estate Agents in the Essex area. They have been providing a professional and highly regarded service to their customers for 50 years. Due to continued growth they are seeking a highly professional and dedicated individual to fulfil the role of Lettings Consultant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for dynamic, professional and outgoing individuals to work within a busy Lettings department.
Ideally candidates should have at least 18 months experience at the ‘sharp end’ of lettings and live within 30 mins of locations.
5 day week including Saturdays with an allocated day off during the week. Own car or company car doe.
Other benefits
Working hours Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm. Saturdays 9.00am to 5.30pm with an allocated day off during the week.

Previous Lettings experience preferred
