Job Description: If you have a minimum of 4 years' experience in financial services, a knack for exceptional financial administration support, and a solid understanding of the advisory process, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: As a Client Account Manager, your duties include:
- Providing outstanding administration support to our Advisers, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Cultivating strong relationships with our clients, fostering trust and effective communication.
- Mastering our internal processes, including our online Client portal, to enhance client experiences.
- Maintaining adherence to relevant FCA regulations, including MiFID II, GDPR, and PRIIPS.
- Demonstrating proficiency in core financial products.
- Utilizing software tools such as Adobe, Word, Excel, and CRM systems effectively.
