Description, duties, responsibilities
Our client Finura is looking for a Financial Administrator. Where you will directly be supporting their team as you will be the first point of contact for all client needs, you will ensure that you execute the highest level of customer service to ensure the clients meet there financial planning goals.
Duties and responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- To provide the highest quality of administration support to both the Financial Advisers and clients, to reduce the administrative burden to the clients.
- To provide consistent, effective communication allowing clients to have confidence that their instructions and requests are understood.
- To drive your own Continual Professional Development by seeking opportunities to upskill in areas that you have gaps in knowledge and work collaboratively with other team members to cross skill.
- The accurate and efficient administration of both paper and system-based records and the accurate maintenance of filing of client records.
- Deal with all client queries including valuations, policy information and transfers and client invoicing and chasing aged debtors.
- Provide full administrative support to the team to deal with ongoing and technical queries as and when they arise, working within the achievable deadlines set out.
- You will also cover Front of House responsibilities as and when required.

Salary & Benefits:
The successful candidate for this role will receive a basic salary of £27,000 - £35,000.
Other benefits include:
- Discretionary annual bonus usually of approx. 10% of your salary.
