The purpose of this role is to be the Mortgage Advisor within the business and assist clients in securing their home whether that is for a first-time buyer, an investor wanting an investment property to let out or someone simply moving home.
Your role and duties will include but not be limited to:
To help clients find and apply for the right mortgage products and to find the correct information about the clients, their circumstances, and their requirements. In order to do this, you will have to find out about them and their finances so that you can offer the correct, informed ad most suitable professional advice for them.
You will take a hands-on approach throughout the mortgage process to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently from the start until completion. You will advise on mortgages that are available from a range of companies including banks, building societies and specialist lenders.

-They provide Independent advice to individuals, business owners, charities and trustees.
What does the successful candidate look like?
The position available is for full-time mortgage advisor working 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Standard hours normally being from 9am-5pm but flexible working will be available, and you will not be expected to go into the office every day.
The successful candidate will be a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor with at least 2 years’ experience in this role. You should of course have a good level of english, maths and computer skills.
Salary & Benefits:
As a mortgage advisor within this business, you will receive a basic salary of £30,000 to £40,000 with an OTE of £70,000. Benefits include generous holiday, death in service and life insurance of up to 4x your basic salary.
Support towards other industry recognised exams will be supported and professional development is always encouraged.
Experience (Essential): at least 2 years Mortgage Advisor experience
Qualifications (essential): CeMAP Qualified
