Senior IFA Administrator
The purpose of the role is to act as an IFA administrator within the business and provide pre and post-sales support to the financial advisers and clients alike.
Duties and responsibilities
Your main duties will include (but not be limited to):
To build a strong working relationship with advisers and to provide excellent administration support in the delivery of their business strategy. As well as building exceptional relationships with clients, ensuring consistent, effective communication allowing them to have confidence that their instructions are understood and delivered upon.
To be competent in all the organisations' processes and procedures, including the use of internal and external systems in order to have a forward-looking, can do attitude when dealing with client instructions.
To provide administration support of the highest quality and consistency to the Advisers and clients and to drive your own Continual Professional Development by seeking opportunities to upskill in areas that you have gaps in knowledge and work collaboratively with other team members to cross skill.
Our client, a family run IFA business, has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and their team of Independent Financial Advisers and Mortgage Specialists are there to offer their clients quality advice on investments, protection schemes and pensions.

The successful candidate will be a self-initiated and proactive thinker with impeccable attention to detail, delivering the highest standards of the work given.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is £27,000 to £32,000 with a generous pension scheme, 4x Death in Service and private medical insurance.

Experience (Essential): at least 2 years IFA Administration experience
