My client is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. They provide tax and wealth planning advice to HNW clients in the UK and Europe
My client is looking for someone to provide additional support to the company’s Head of HR most on a full time basis. You should be a highly organised and methodical individual who is able to communicate to a very high standard with all levels of employees and be a proactive thinker who is able to put effective ideas into practice. Duties to include.
- Working on the recruitment of key personnel for the various jurisdictions.
- Managing all stages of recruitment from writing specs to inducting new starters.
- Providing training to management and employees on HR issues .
- Various ad hoc projects
You should have experience in an HR role ideally for a financial services / IFA company.
