A superb opportunity is available for an EXPERIENCED Mortgage Administrator to join the Bridging and Commercial Finance team at St Matthews Finance Ltd, based in Central Hornchurch , Essex.
You will be responsible for supporting one of the Directors, assisting with mortgage administration: preparation of client files: liasing with clients,solicitors,lenders etc.
Experience of administrating Bridging Finance cases is ESSENTIAL.
Duties include regular liason with lenders to obtaim updates on applicant statis and proactively progressing mortgage applications through to offer.
Attention to detail when imputting Data/figures on CRM system.
Maintain up to date notes commentary for compliance purposes.
Researching products, dealing with incoming calls, emails, faxes and post.
Progression route withing the Company is encouraged.
Personality requirements and skills
A MINIMUM of 2 years mortgage administration experience is required.
Experience of processing / administrating BRIDGING FINANCE cases is ESSENTIAL.
The ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone manner .
A team player with the ability to use your own initiative
