£40,000 to £45000 dependent on experience and benefits which includes , bonuses, pension contributions, PMI, PHI and DIS.

My client provides in-depth independent financial advice to high net worth individuals and business owners, as well as tailored employee benefit solutions to medium sized corporates.

This is a newly created role to support the Head of Group Admin in managing systems and administration across the business, specifically to move forward with development plans and the supervision of staff. Extensive experience in an IFA environment is a must as is relevant systems knowledge of iO .

Reporting to the Head of Group Admin, you will be responsible for maintaining admin processes and data quality across the team of administrative staff across two sites. In practice, this will involve working alongside the Head of Group Admin and Systems Coordinator to help establish the effective and accurate maintenance of client data through the implementation of new and improved processes, the auditing and monitoring of data quality, and the supervision, training and development of admin staff.

You must have experience within the independent sector of the financial services industry, in a relevant senior administration or operations role with experience of Intelligent Office, including responsibility for the day-to-day use of iO within a business.

You will have experience supervising admin staff together with project management skills, demonstrating delivery of company-wide projects relating to systems or administration processes e.g. implementing a new CRM system or client portal.
