If you are qualified CeMAP and CeRER then that is ideal. Knowledge of the retirement market is a bonus but not a deal breaker.

Personality requirements and skills

Our training means that experience of Equity Release is not a pre-requisite, although a minimum CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential. Examples of your success in a regulated sales role are also of interest to us as is your desire to gain the CeRER qualification.
