Description, duties, responsibilities
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to manage a team of CeMAP qualified estate agency based Mortgage Brokers.
You will be managing an existing team of 10-15 Mortgage Brokers, working closely with the Financial Services Director you will mentor, coach and train the existing team of brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers to cover various locations.
You will carry out observations; one to one’s along with analysing KPI figures ensuring that the brokers are achieving targets set.

Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, OTE £85,000 - £90,000
Personality requirements and skills
Key Skills:
Applications will be considered from experienced Mortgage Sales Managers who have previous sales management experience ideally within an estate agency environment.
