Full-Time Mortgage Broker - Experienced in BTL, Residential & 2nd Charge Loans

An excellent opportunity for a Mortgage Broker (fully CeMAP) or equivalent to join a well-known Mortgage Broker based in Woking town centre.

Do you know the BTL marketplace? Can you place deals for portfolios, HMO's, single AST's, student lets, holiday lets etc.? Do you have experience with Residential mortgages and 2nd charge loans?

If so, we are looking for you!

You will work closely with our experienced team, as well as generating your own leads.

Offering buyers advice and guidance on mortgages and protection business (advice on protection would be desirable), ensuring that the clients receive a first class service.
