Flexible working hours whole of market New Build Mortgage Broker – Kent

Description, duties, responsibilities

Overview:

An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Broker to join a well-known chain of estate agents in their New Build department. You will receive 2-4 mortgage leads per week and you will also be required to contact the existing new build sites to generate additional leads.

Main Duties:

with flexible working hours,  you will work closely with the experienced sales manager and the dedicated lead generation team, dealing with the 2-4 new enquiries per week, as well as generating own leads from contacting various New Build Sites in the Maidstone area, offering the buyers advice and guidance on Mortgages and Protection business.

You will be required to offer the new clients advice on Mortgages and Protection business, ensuring that the client refers a first-class service.

You will also be required to spend time with the new build sales people, making sure that the relationship remains strong with the introducer.

Other benefits

Remuneration:          

To £32,000 basic, car or allowance plus commissions, OTE £60,000 - £80,000

Key Skills:

Applications will only be considered from fully qualified Mortgage Brokers or Mortgage Advisers who possess a good track record of offering Mortgage and Protection advice.
