Arrow Financial Services is a rapidly expanding Chartered financial planning company, based in the heart of Chester and providing services to both commercial and personal clients.

Increased levels of business have resulted in the need for this newly created role, which will run alongside the services of our existing team of nine Independent Financial Advisers and one existing Mortgage Adviser, providing mortgage advice to new and existing clients.

The successful applicant will need to be at least CeMAP qualified (or industry recognised equivalent), hold Competent Adviser Status and have relevant Whole of Market experience with demonstrable performance standards.  You will need to be familiar with compliance requirements and able to work confidently within the working practices of a compliant environment.  You will be responsible for generating your own sales leads and developing this area of business, although there is also opportunity for cross-referral between this role and that of the advisers of other financial products and services.

This is a full-time, permanent, position and you will need a flexible approach to your working hours - as many of our clients require appointments outside of office hours.  You will be based at our offices in Chester’s financial district, but may need to visit clients in their home or workplace on occasion.

We will provide you with all of the necessary equipment (laptop, phone, printer, scanner etc) together with full administrative and managerial support.

In addition to the correct professional qualifications, the successful candidate will be someone with the right approach and attributes – someone who is versatile, ambitious, self-motivated; a team player who is able to accept responsibility for the impact of their role on others.  The successful applicant will be someone who is customer focussed and can demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of attention to detail.

Starting salary will be in the region of £25,000 depending on experience, with a bonus structure that could lead to OTE circa £60,000 (uncapped).

The closing date for the receipt of applications is 20th September 2016.
