Nicholas Howard Limited are delighted to be recruiting for a new and exciting role as Broker Support.

Based in London, the successful applicant will provide excellence in Customer Service, contributing to the Company's lending objectives by supporting the Lending and BDM teams.

Responsibilities will include handling requests from mortgage intermediaries, supporting the Lending Team to achieve service standards and delivering customer excellence, managing mortgage intermediary records, including the registration of new users and procuration fee payments and maintaining adequate records in accordance with regulatory requirements for such matters as affordability calculations, KFI’s etc.

Education & Experience:

• Excellent telephone / communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the mortgage market and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail.
