Description, duties, responsibilities
We are a well-established and reputable firm of Chartered Financial Planners and we require a proven Financial Planner who has a great track record in giving pensions, protection and investment advice.
You will benefit from working in a directly authorised, whole of market environment; allowing you to put your clients first. Our business benefits from state of the art back-office systems, alongside Level 4 / Diploma qualified Paraplanners who will support you in the advice process and recommending suitable products, as well as having all the associated benefits of being part of a UK wide Group.
Although transferable clients would be advantageous, the business has many other introducers and business streams that will allow you to secure more clients and develop existing relationships further.

Other benefits
Very Competitive package : £45000 upwards, with unlimited bonus structure, 25 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays, Group Pension Scheme, Life Assurance and PHI.
In addition for any candidates with a large, sizeable Client Bank, we are willing to consider an upfront purchase from you or negotiate a remuneration package based on this for the longer term.
Personality requirements and skills
Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum and extensive experience as a Financial Adviser.
Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
Excellent knowledge of compliance, TCF, Data Protection Act and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to ask appropriate questions of clients.
Knowledge of FCA rules relating to the financial advice process. Knowledge of the current market place.
