Office Based Mortgage Broker – Guildford

Overview:

Unlike other estate agency roles our client is encouraging the Mortgage Brokers to concentrate on the quality of appointments not the quantity, providing 6-8 mortgages are written per month the mortgage broker can benefit from an excellent work/life balance as well as giving the broker minimum additional earnings of £1,800 per month. 

Main Duties:

Working alongside a very experienced successful sales manager, backed by one of the fastest growing mortgage broker firms in the UK, you will work from the Chelmsford office offering advice on Mortgages and Protection, having access to a comprehensive range of mortgage lenders. 

The average property value in the area is £600,000, however you will be dealing with mortgages up to £1.5m with nearly 170 properties sold in the area per month in 2015.

Other benefits

Remuneration:

£23,500 - £28,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, OTE £45,000-£60,000

Key Skills:

Applications will be considered from experienced mortgage professionals from a tied, independent or banking mortgage environment providing that they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification has been attained.
