Due to company growth we are currently recruiting for an Introducer Relationship Manager. The purpose of the role will be to manage new and existing relationships with intermediaries and brokerages building a portfolio of contacts an ensuring that existing relationships are managed to ensure all parties receive maximum output from the relationship.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Produce a territory plan to define how new business targets will be achieved
  • Identify, qualify & pursue new target intermediaries in the region
  • Develop relationships at all levels with intermediaries 
  • Network extensively both internally and externally building key introducer relationships, leveraging your product knowledge and market expertise to increase business
  • Actively manage their sales pipeline and work with the customer management team to close potential opportunities
  • Work with lending managers effectively and efficiently maximise business opportunities in key target intermediaries and the region
  • Be a brand ambassador for the company in the territory, enhancing the reputation of the business
  • Educate broker & intermediary teams about our products and lending criteria

Skills:

  • All applicants must have a Full UK driving licence
  • A background in Sales and a good understanding of Property Finance (2 years in secured lending sales i.e. mortgages, second charges, commercial, bridging, development finance)
  • An engaging communicator with superior influencing skills, able to discuss  and establish credibility with a professional audience
  • Proven experience in relationship building
  • Ability to deliver  a professional and bespoke ‘intelligent ‘ & entrepreneurial approach, tailored to each individual circumstance

Full training will be provided, we offer an uncapped commission plan based on a percentage of profits on each loan. Career development opportunities are excellent and where appropriate we offer sponsorship of the CeMAP qualification after completion of a 6 month probationary period.
