What’s new at KR Group? New Training Academy, New Building, New Year, New Trainer required….
In September 2015 the KR Group opened its second office in Fulwood, Preston which is also the home of our new Training Academy.
Our training team is a mix of long serving staff who started in different departments and some external training professionals who lead the development of our people.
The training team needs analysis is as follows;
- Experience of designing and delivering training within the Financial Services industry.
- Candidates who understand and have been successful within a targeted, telephone sales environment.
- An appropriate training qualification (e.g. Certificate in Training) or be willing to study.
