Chartered Financial Planner

Description, duties, responsibilities

A new vacancy has arisen for a Chartered Financial Planner to join an expanding Wealth Management practice within a rural town based in West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of corporate clients and generating private client work out of the existing client base.  You will hold regular seminars for existing clients/new clients and develop opportunities by attending networking events and seminars.  The salary is competitive and an excellent benefits package plus bonus dependent on company performance.

There will also be an orphaned Client bank to be adopted, in the next 2-3 years due to the acquistion of a retiring IFA.

Personality requirements and skills

Applicants applying for this vacancy  must hold the Chartered level qualification or be en route to achieving it. You will have proven experience in the financial planning market. You will have good planning and organisation skills, be self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritise.
