- Predominantly an office, telephone based role making outbound calls to brokers and introducers, within the property finance industry, to create relationships and promote First 4 Bridging.
- Generating new business enquiries from the relationships made.
- Taking new enquiries from the respective brokers
- Making regular contact with the brokers to ensure that they are receiving the expected level of service from us and to ensure they are happy with the service provided, whilst maintaining the relationship.
- Reporting to the CEO on a daily basis, providing stats and feedback from calls made.
- The ideal candidate will be from a financial services background, however, this is not essential.
- Must have an excellent telephone manner, and be confident when making calls
- Ideally from a telesales / sales background.
- Must be enthusiastic and energetic and have the personality to engage in conversations with the brokers and to keep them interested throughout the conversation.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be confident both on the phone and face to face as there will be occasions when the Relationship Manager will meet the brokers that they contact regularly.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
