Description, duties, responsibilities
The Key Account Manager for the TMA Mortgage Club is home based with travel throughout an assigned region visiting DA firms and lenders to build and develop strong relationships. They will monitor targets, agreed service levels and quality standard to ensure business goals and objective are met for both the DA firms and the TMA network. The Key Account Manager will utilise their relationships with the lenders to find and develop sales opportunities as well as seeking new businesses to work with who fit with the Company objectives.
The Key Account Manager will provide regular management reports to ensure accurate and clear information is available for review by the senior management team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the delivery of business development conferences, bespoke regional workshops and targeted campaigns.
Other benefits
The salary is DOE between £40 & £45,000 base with a circa £65,000 OTE
There is either a car or car allowance of £5,000
25 days holidays plus bank holidays

Utopia geography of the candidate would ideally be circa Northern Home Counties / East London outside of the M25
Personality requirements and skills
The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and a proven account manager with a strong sales background. They will be excellent at building relationships and being able to adapt to the needs of the client and situation. They must be comfortable with communicating and working with people from various levels of an organisation and be able to present complex and detailed information in a variety of forums.
A strong understanding of the financial services industry will be of great value with knowledge of Networks and mortgage clubs being of great benefit. Additional understanding of financial products and services will also be required for the role.
