My client a highly personalised and professional, Independent Financial Services practice, based in Farnham Surrey, who work on an individual basis, with both personal and corporate clients on a wide range of financial planning needs, is now looking for a Personal Assistant reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Duties will involve:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Contacting existing clients, building strong customer relationships and arranging reviews
  • Diary management
  • Event management.

Personal requirements:

  • A good standard of education
  • Professional and approachable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent standard of communication
