Salary £24 - 32k doe + realistic OTE £60k + Pension + Car + Laptop                                                      
Location:  Plaistow, East London.

Duties will include:

Identify customer’s financial needs, advise them about products that best suit their requirements.
Ensure customers understand the products and services offered.
Complete customer interviews by appointment and make sales that meet customer needs.
Look for opportunities to attract new customers.
Prepare for future appointments, by gathering appropriate information from colleagues.
Deliver a professional and credible service and ensure your knowledge is up to date at all times
Working towards sales targets and always know how you are performing against these.

Personality requirements and skills

Personal Criteria:

Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser within an Estate Agency is desirable, but not essential.
CeMap or equivalent industry recognised qualification.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent, empathetic communicator with a real flair for getting into the detail of things
Ability to demonstrate excellence in your field
Proven track record of working in a targeted sales environmentExcellent customer service
Proven customer relationship management experience
Previous use of mortgage-specific software
Full driving licence
