Mortgage Adviser - Mortgage Broker - University Graduates - Self-Employed 1st yr £50k 2nd yr OTE £100k plus

Recently qualified University graduates, are you looking to become an Independent Mortgage Broker/Adviser?

If you have recently graduated and are now working in your first position/job in financial services or law firm or estate agents (sales negotiator) banking, retail banking then we are interested in talking to you.

You MUST BE:

• Universty Graduate
• At least 12 months current track record as stated above
• Organised
• Highly Motivated
• An aspiration to earn in excess of £100k

Benefits:

• 1st years earnings £50k
• 2nd year £100k
• 3rd year £120k plus
• Fantastic office space
• All leads provided 8 to 10 per week
• conversion 25 to 30 % minimum
• start earning commission from 5 months.
• Commission from 40 to 50%
• Volume business
• Avg mortgage case size 425k 
• Induction/Training 
• mortgage only no protection (handled by protection team)
• Experienced candidates would go into a mentoring team
• 5 plus accounts provided will receive 8 to10 leads per week will need to business development the accounts.
