Subject Matter Expert Required

Operations and Technical Product Manager within Estate Planning Department

Head Office, Fulwood, Preston PR2, Lancashire, North West

Key Retirement Group are changing. We have new owners, CEO and strategy to grow our business even more. We have created a brand new role to contribute significantly to the development of our Estate Planning department.

We want you to be our technical expert in all things Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Trusts, along with overseeing the Will drafting and administration team.

You will also be a people manager and excited by shaping and delivering our working practices, processes, and systems along with providing technical support to the wider team and directly advising customers with complex cases.

You could be doing a similar role in a solicitors practice or will-writing business or alternatively you might be an independent will writer seeking an employed role where you can focus on the drafting rather than the selling.

Either way, you'll ideally have a relevant qualification (such as STEP) and be committed to continuous professional development.
