Relationship Manager

Basic Salary + Bonus OTE £40k

Key Retirement Group are changing and we have created a brand new role to contribute significantly to the Operations strategy over the next three to five years. This commercial role sits within the Business Quality Team where managing the relationships with our third parties of solicitors, lenders and financial advisers will be your responsibility. 

If you didn't know, we are the KR Group, an award-winning, entrepreneurial financial services group for those both in, and approaching, their retirement. Our market share is already significant within a high growth sector, so the future of our business looks very bright indeed.

We want you to improve the performance of our third parties so you will have to be a natural networker and communicator at all levels. You will be excited by shaping and delivering our working practices and procedures whilst also identifying new areas to maximise revenue.

You enjoy all things to do with SLAs, KPIs and MI analysing, producing and presenting data about operational performance. You might be looking for a role where you can see the results of your work first hand, try new things and have real accountability.

We would love to hear from you if you have similar experience within financial services and the UK Mortgage market whilst the equity release sector would be a really nice bonus.
