Home Based Whole of Market New Build Mortgage Broker – Preston & Blackpool

Overview:

An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Broker to join a well-known chain of estate agents in their New Build department, covering 5 busy new build sites in the Preston and Blackpool area. 

Main Duties:

Working from home you will work closely with the experienced sales manager and the dedicated lead generation team, dealing with the 5 new build sites in the Preston and Blackpool area. 

Initially you will be looking to bank 1 mortgage per week with a view to moving to 4-5 mortgages per week after 2 to 3 months. 

You will be required to offer the new clients advice on Mortgages and Protection business, ensuring that the client refers a first-class service. 

You will also be required to spend time with the new build sales people, making sure that the relationship remains strong with the introducer.

Other benefits

To £25,000 basic, car or allowance plus commissions, OTE £50,000 - £70,000

Key Skills:

Applications will only be considered from fully qualified Mortgage Brokers or Mortgage Advisers who possess a good track record of offering Mortgage and Protection advice.
